The brand describes the fit as secure when pressed together but still able to slide apart smoothly, aiming to avoid the frustration of pieces that stick or crumble.
The artwork featured is The Macneil Studio New York design, and the puzzle requires no glue to finish or display, which PieceRelax pairs with a waterproof, dust-free construction.

Design and Build Quality
The listing's title and feature text describe a 1000 piece puzzle, while the separate size attribute field lists the piece count as 1008, a discrepancy the listing does not explain. Finished size is also described two ways: the feature text states 25.2 by 18.9 inches, while the item dimensions field works out to roughly 24.9 inches by 18.7 inches.
The item dimensions field also lists a height of about 0.04 inches, which appears to describe the thickness of a piece or the flat puzzle sheet rather than a true box height. The puzzle weighs about 1.9 pounds and carries model and part number U1040.
Performance in Everyday Use
PieceRelax's core functional claim is the piece fit: pieces are designed to snap together securely while still sliding apart without excess force, which the brand positions as removing a common puzzle frustration. The plastic construction is also the basis for the stated waterproof and dust-free claims, which a cardboard puzzle cannot offer.
PieceRelax backs the puzzle with a stated coverage plan that replaces missing pieces at no charge, plus a separate 1 year warranty on parts. These are PieceRelax's own published piece count, dimension and coverage claims rather than independent testing of this specific puzzle.
