Product Overview
Liforme builds the Evolve around its GripForMe material, described as giving a strong, warrior-like grip during practice that is intended to stay grippy even when sweaty, positioned as suited to hot yoga as well as standard practice. The mat is longer, wider and thicker than a standard yoga mat at a stated 72.8 inches by 26.8 inches by 4.2mm.
Alignment guidance comes from the Evolve AlignForMe system, described as a pared-back, simpler version of Liforme's original alignment markings, intended to guide and align posture during asana practice as a navigational reference rather than requiring a separate instructor cue for positioning.
Material is eco-polyurethane and rubber, which Liforme frames as a planet-friendly build using materials intended to keep the mat clean and hygienic. A carrying bag is included with the mat for transport and storage.

Design and Build Quality
Stated dimensions are 72.8 inches long by 26.8 inches wide by 4.2mm thick, with a listed weight of 5.5 pounds, in grey. The listing's own part number field oddly reads "LEM Pink" despite the mat's stated grey color, a mismatched field rather than a true second color option on this listing.
Construction pairs an eco-polyurethane top layer with a rubber base, which Liforme states balances firm stability with comfortable cushioning while keeping the mat relatively lightweight for its larger size. The Evolve AlignForMe markings are built into the mat's surface rather than added as a separate accessory.
A dedicated Liforme yoga mat bag ships with the mat, sized to carry and protect it during transport between a home and a studio or class.
Performance in Everyday Use
Grip is the mat's headline performance trait, with Liforme describing the GripForMe surface as maintaining traction even when the mat becomes sweaty-wet, aimed at warrior poses and other grip-dependent positions during a flow. This is positioned as a meaningful advantage during hot yoga or any sweatier session.
At 72.8 by 26.8 inches, the mat gives more length and width than a standard-size mat, which Liforme frames as giving practitioners more room to move through poses without stepping off the mat's edge, while the 4.2mm thickness is described as balancing stability with cushioning.
The simplified Evolve AlignForMe system is meant to support alignment during practice as a visual guide on the mat itself, intended as a more approachable version of Liforme's original, more detailed alignment markings for practitioners who want simpler on-mat guidance.
