Product Overview
The BIC Round Stic Xtra Life Ballpoint Pen is a 60-count pack of black ink stick pens with a translucent barrel and frosted cap. BIC positions it as an ultra long-lasting everyday writing tool for school and office use.
This review checks the advertised smooth ink flow, comfort design, and bulk value based on the listing details. It does not include hands-on test data.
Score Breakdown
This verdict is based on the manufacturer's stated specifications, the current Amazon listing and its product images, the confirmed materials and design, real buyer ratings, and our research into the product category. Scores are consistent editorial judgments, not laboratory measurements, and we did not receive a paid sample.
Key Features
Advertised as ultra long lasting, so the pack suits school supplies and high-volume note taking.
Black ink spreads smoothly and evenly for clean, reliable lines.
The barrel shows current ink supply at a glance, handy for restocking.
A round barrel and frosted cap are designed for prolonged writing sessions.
Sixty pens in one pack support classrooms, offices, and shared spaces.
Design and Build Quality
The pen has a simple round barrel with a translucent body so the remaining ink is visible. A frosted cap covers the tip, and the overall design is slim and lightweight for standard ballpoint use.
The listing does not confirm barrel material, point size, or whether the clip has any special reinforcement. That makes it a basic capped pen rather than a feature-rich or retractable option.
Performance in Everyday Use
The main performance claim is smooth, even black ink that lasts a long time. The 60-count pack supports sustained use, and the translucent barrel helps users see when a pen is running low.
A real limitation is that the listing does not specify point size or refill compatibility, so the line width and long-term replaceability are unknown. This is fine for general writing but may not suit users who need a precise tip.
